Our approach
I am a trauma informed integrative counsellor and member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapists.
I work and teach in South West London (based in Kingston and Richmond) and online, supporting young people and adults struggling with common life problems, anxiety, depression, stress or feeling stuck. I also work with people who have experienced bereavement, loss or traumatic life events and people experiencing mental health problems.
As a mental health practitioner, I provide 1to1 therapy both in person and online, mediation & breath work courses and creative workshops that connect clients back to states of calm and flow.

Meet Us First
I offer a free ‘getting to know you’ consultation. This is an opportunity for you to make sure I am the right fit for you and to ensure my skills match you with the support that’s right for you. Whether that’s 1to1 therapy, a group workshop or an online course.
I’ll send you a short questionnaire and offer you a 45min online appointment.
If 1to1 counselling is the right option for you, you’ll be offered a minimum of 6 sessions at a time that suits your schedule (subject to availability).
In-person and remote options
I have comfortable therapy rooms conveniently located in Kingston and Richmond. Can’t make it in person? No worries – I’ve got you covered with online sessions.
